Welcome to Masterful Leadership University (MLU).
By accessing or using this website, enrolling in any of our programs, or attending our workshops, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or participating in any of our offerings.

1. Overview

Masterful Leadership University (referred to as “MLU,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides leadership education, coaching, training events, and associated materials designed to develop transformational leadership skills. MLU is owned and operated by POPPY OWEN FZCO, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By engaging with our website, services, or events, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Program Participation

Enrollment in MLU programs, including workshops, masterclasses, and coaching sessions, is subject to availability and acceptance.
Upon registration, participants agree to:

  • Attend all scheduled sessions (in-person or online as applicable).

  • Engage respectfully with faculty and fellow participants.

  • Maintain confidentiality of any discussions, coaching, or intellectual material shared.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

3. Payment Terms

All program fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before attendance.

  • Payment Options: Payments may be made via bank transfer, Stripe, or approved digital gateways.

  • Late Payments: Late or missed payments may result in suspension of participation or access to materials.

  • Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies), transfers to a future cohort may be considered at the sole discretion of MLU management.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, presentations, and resources provided during MLU are the intellectual property of POPPY OWEN FCZO or its faculty.
Participants may use these materials for personal and professional growth only and may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without prior written consent.

5. Conduct and Confidentiality

MLU provides a confidential and supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
Participants agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding shared experiences or personal information of others.

  • Conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity.

  • Avoid recording, reproducing, or sharing sessions or materials without permission.

Breach of confidentiality or misconduct may lead to immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Travel and Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from Dubai, UAE.
Accommodation and meals at The Edge by Rotana (Damac Hills 2) may be included depending on the specific enrolment package. Any upgrades, extra nights, or personal expenses are the participant’s responsibility.

7. Health and Liability Disclaimer

MLU’s workshops and coaching sessions may involve reflective, emotional, and personal development exercises.
Participants acknowledge that:

  • They are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being.

  • MLU is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service.

  • MLU, its coaches, and faculty are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during or after participation in the program.

8. Event Changes or Cancellations

MLU reserves the right to modify event dates, faculty, or locations if necessary.
If a workshop or event must be rescheduled or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. travel restrictions, illness, or venue changes), MLU will offer alternative arrangements or transfer options. Refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Marketing and Media

By attending MLU events, participants consent to photography, videography, and marketing use of event footage.
If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must inform MLU staff in writing prior to the event.

10. Privacy Policy

MLU respects your privacy. Personal data collected through registration or communication will be used solely for program administration, communication, and marketing purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
